Akrapovic Titanium EVO Full Exhaust Honda CRF450R 2005

The Honda CRF 450 R has once again received a thorough treatment from our R&D department. We have developed an Akrapovic EVOLUTION system which is slightly different in design from last year's model, but adds a great performance boost to the Honda CRF. The conical tubes are made entirely of titanium, through which we guarantee maximum compactness and minimum weight. The titanium tubes also look great on the bike’s aluminum frame. The Akrapovic EVOLUTION system is designed to conform to the 98 dB noise limit required by the FIM for MX competition. The system is intended for professional MX riders, but due to its spectrum of effects on engine performance it is also suitable for amateur riders. PERFORMANCE Measurements of the Akrapovic EVOLUTION system on the HONDA CRF 450 R:Power: this year’s Akrapovic exhaust for the Honda does an excellent job on increasing the stock power. The linear power curve without drop-outs shows the quality of the design of the EVOLUTION system. There is an increase throughout the entire rpm range right into the overrev range.
